Refund Policy
Thank you for investing in yourself through our coaching programs, workshops, and digital offerings at coachsoniachauhan.com. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products & Programs
All sales of digital products, masterclasses, and downloadable content (including but not limited to workbooks, recorded sessions, and templates) are final. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the material has been delivered.
2. Live Programs, Masterclasses & Workshops
For live programs (e.g., The Inner Shift Masterclass, 5-Day Reset), registrations are non-refundable once access or attendance has been granted.
However, in special cases such as technical failure on our part or duplicate transactions, we will offer a partial or full refund after internal review. Please contact us within 3 days of the issue at info@coachsoniachauhan.com.
3. Private Coaching Sessions
Private 1:1 coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for reschedule or refund.
Once a coaching package has started, no partial or full refunds will be issued for unused sessions unless otherwise stated in a signed coaching agreement.
4. Workshop/Event Cancellation by Us
If we cancel or reschedule an event or session from our side, you will be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session—your choice.
5. How to Request a Refund (If Applicable)
To request a refund under eligible circumstances, please email us at info@coachsoniachauhan.com with:

Date of purchase
Program or product name
Reason for the request
We aim to review and respond within 5–7 business days.
6. Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to ban access to future services if a chargeback is issued in bad faith.
